Last week I had something that a lot of people want and need...A JOB! Well I quit my job and decided to start a new chapter of my life...follow my dreams. That's appropriate right? I know that a lot of people do not love their jobs but I hated my job. Beyond hate. I dreaded going into work everyday, hated staring at my computer screen for 8 hours a day, and would have rather jumped out a second floor window (no need to get too excessive) than keep doing this for any longer!
Well my dream happens to be owning and riding lots of horses and maybe selling a few! My mom got a crazy idea in my head that I should start my own business where I buy race horses, train them to do something else, and sell them. Crazy right? Well, this is my new dream...
So I decided to start a blog to write down all the exciting things that happen to me in this new chapter of my life. (Let's hope exciting things happen!) And of course to talk about my two passions in life, eating and riding. I will be cooking up exciting concoctions and hopefully living out my dream of riding horses and becoming a well known rider!
